Why we need to login Outlook mails in Gmail? Pros
Many people use outlook and Gmail mail accounts and for some reason they don’t like to use multiple Emails with different email server providers like app of Outlook and Gmail. So, in this post you will find the way to use your Outlook mail account in Gmail. Just for common knowledge the Microsoft mails are called outlook Mails.

Know about Google Exchange
We are going to use Google Gmail Exchange ActiveSync server settings access incoming messages and online folders in an Exchange-enabled email program. This is true whether the email client is on a phone, tablet, or another device. Once enabled, Gmail uses the Microsoft Exchange technology and ActiveSync protocol to form what’s called Google Sync to keep your emails, calendar events, and contacts in sync between your online account and device.
For Android Users
- Open settings and search for Accounts (easy to find in Google settings UI). If you are unable to find then try to search for terms like “sync and accounts”.

2. Click on add account.

3. Click on Google Exchange or Exchange. Their will be an icon of Google mails.

4. Now you have to enter your outlook email.

5. Enter your password and proceed further.

6. You will see an allowance agreement. Just click on allow button.
7. You can see your outlook mail in Gmail app. You can use this email to send or receive emails as you normally do with google mails(Gmail).

For iPhone users
There are two ways that you can set up an email account in the Mail app on your iOS device — automatically or manually. Learn which option is best for you.
How to set up your email account automatically
If you use an email provider like iCloud, Google, or Yahoo, Mail can automatically set up your email account with just your email address and password. Here’s how:
- Go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts.
- Tap Add Account, then select your email provider.
- Enter your email address and password.
- If you see Next, tap Next and wait for Mail to verify your account.
- If you see Save, tap Save.
If you don’t see your email provider, tap Other to add your account manually.

How to set up your email account manually
If you need to set up your email account manually, make sure that you know the email settings for your account. If you don’t know them, you can look them up or contact your email provider. Then follow these steps:
- Go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts.
- Tap Add Account, tap Other, then tap Add Mail Account.
- Enter your name, email address, password, and a description for your account.
- Tap Next. Mail will try to find the email settings and finish your account setup. If Mail finds your email settings, tap Done to complete your account setup.

Enter account settings manually
If Mail can’t find your email settings, then you need to enter them manually. Tap Next, then follow these steps:
- Choose IMAP or POP for your new account. If you aren’t sure which one to choose, contact your email provider.
- Enter the information for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next. If you don’t have this information, try to look it up.
- If your email settings are correct, tap Save to finish. If the email settings are incorrect, you’ll be asked to edit them.
If you still can’t set up your email account or save your email settings, contact your email provider.
